Pam is responsible for providing long-range planning services and financial consulting to sponsors of senior housing communities. Pam has worked extensively with clients in the development and analysis of campus repositioning strategies and new campus development. Pam works closely with all members of the planning and development team, including existing management, architects and engineers, and investment banks, to structure a financially feasible project and maximize operational efficiencies. Prior to joining RLS, Pam spent seven years with KPMG where she was a Director in their Senior Living Services Practice. At KPMG, Pam worked with senior care providers in the areas of strategic, market and financial planning, financial feasibility studies, operational analysis, mergers and acquisitions and due diligence analysis. Prior to joining KPMG, Pam spent 12 years at an accounting and consulting firm in the New York metropolitan region. Pam has participated as a speaker in numerous state and national industry conferences and is a member of the CARF-CCAC Financial Advisory Panel. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rutgers College Rutgers University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey. |
