Pamela Rasmussen joined Intermountain Community Bancorp in November 2004 as senior vice president and chief operating officer of Panhandle State Bank and was promoted to executive vice president in February 2006. Prior to her employment and the merger with Snake River Bancorp Ms. Rasmussen served as internal audit manager chief financial officer and senior vice president of Snake River Bancorp Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary Magic Valley Bank. From 2000 - 2002 Ms. Rasmussen served as vice president and manager of operations for Stockman Financial Bancorp Inc. in Miles City Montana. Ms. Rasmussen serves on the board Compliance and Technology/Operations committees and the bank's Executive Asset/Liability and Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) committees. |
