Pamela Goyke as Chief Information Officer and Sr. Vice President of Systems and Technology is responsible for the coordination, development, and implementation of all systems and software technology. Guiding the company’s efforts to support the increasingly sophisticated systems requirements of its client applications, she focuses on meeting ICT Group’s technological mission to maintain a leadership position in the development and use of leading-edge technology. Previously, Ms. Goyke served as senior manager for Ernst and Young’s High Growth Customer Relationship Management Practice. In addition, she was leader for the call center area of this practice. Prior to Ernst and Young, Ms. Goyke was Divisional Vice President of the CRM business unit at EDS. Ms. Goyke has a BS degree in management from Michigan State University and an MBA in management from the University of Detroit. She also completed an executive development program at Babson College. |
