Pamela S. Harper is an internationally known business performance expert, author, and professional speaker. She is the founder and president of Business Advancement Inc. (BAI), based in Glen Rock, NJ. Since 1991, BAI has helped companies accelerate progress toward their key objectives.

Pam is the author of the critically acclaimed book, Preventing Strategic Gridlock®: Leading Over, Under & Around Organizational Jams to Achieve High Performance Results (Cameo Publications, 2003).
