Pamela Kohlman Webster is a Shareholder in the Los Angeles office and is a member of the Financial Solutions Practice Group. She also serves as Chief Financial Officer of the Firm.
Her practice includes corporate reorganizations, insolvency, bankruptcy, workouts and liquidations, with a particular emphasis in regulated industries including insurance companies, healthcare providers, and financial institutions. Ms. Webster earned her J.D. in 1982 from the University of California, Davis.
Ms. Webster is a fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy, a member of the Insolvency Law Committee of the California State Bar’s Business Law Section, and is a past Chair of the State Bar Committee on Federal Courts. She frequently lectures on insolvency, law firm management, and issues facing women in the legal profession. She is also voted as one of 2008 Southern California Super Lawyers
