Pam is a senior assurance manager with twenty-two years of experience in public accounting. Mrs. Baker graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and has provided audit and accounting services for clients with the firm since graduation.
Pam has served clients in the financial arena for over twenty-two years, which encompasses consumer finance companies, financial institutions, and the payday advance industry. In addition, she has served clients in the data servicing industry, rental purchase industry, non-hazardous solid waste industry, and various manufacturing companies.
Pam has been involved with start-up companies in the payday advance industry, one of which grew to over 500 stores before the sale of the company. In addition, she was involved in developing the reporting standards associated with this industry, and has prepared information for initial public offerings.
Pam is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants, and a number of other professional and civic associations. |
