Pamela G. Bailey currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Cosmetic, Toiletry, and Fragrance Association, a Washington, DC based trade association that represents the personal care products industry globally. Ms. Bailey served as President and Chief Executive Officer of AdvaMed, the world's largest association representing the medical technology industry, from June 1999 to April 2005. From 1970 to 1999 she served in the White House, the Department of Health and Human Services, and other public and private organizations with responsibilities for health care public policy.
