Pamela Golden-Smith Pam started with Atlantic Bay Mortgage in March 1998. As a single parent of two, what attracted Pam to the company was the opportunity to build a successful mortgage business without sacrificing the needs of her children. Her daughter, Taryn, is working on her degree at James Madison University while her son, Alex, is attending high school in Virginia Beach. Pam is a well known and highly respected member of the Real estate community in Hampton Roads earning the Hampton Roads Realtors Association top associate honors as the 2006/2007 Affiliate member of the year. Her tireless work for HRRA also helped Atlantic Bay Mortgage win the 2006-2007Affiliate Company of the year title. She is involved in a number of charitable organization including Angle Tree for the elderly and the MDA, now serving her second year on the planning committee of the Crystal Ball for a Cure, a yearly event which has raised in excess of 1million dollars in research funds for the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Her awards within Atlantic Bay Mortgage include President’s Club and Loan Officer of the Month and Most Improved Loan Officer.
