Pam Smith serves as our Property Management Accountant. In this position Pam is responsible for all operational accounting for the property portfolios. She also serves as support to our Property Mangers for legal collection efforts, tax assessments, and audits to ensure mutually beneficial relationships between Kane and all properties managed. Pam developed her strong analytical and organizational skills while working as the Assistant Controller for York Properties, Inc. There she was responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of several residential and commercial properties by keeping current with the latest software and creating procedures for records handling. Pam earned a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and Business Administration, with honors, from North Carolina Wesleyan College. |
