Pam Scott joined Southern Living At HOME in January 2001 and was promoted to Events Manager in 2003. In that role, she was responsible for planning all events for our Southern Living At HOME Consultants, including general incentive trips and Directors' Retreats-trips our Consultants earn based on sales and leadership performance-and the annual National Convention and Kickoff events. In 2006, Pam was named Director of Internal Sales and Events. Now she continues to ensure our trips and events are of the highest quality, and she also manages the internal sales support staff. Prior to joining Southern Progress, Pam worked for more than 10 years in the real estate and mortgage banking industry. She has been married to her high school sweetheart, Kent, for 36 years, and they have two sons, Dusty and Trey, and two granddaughters, Kayla and Mary Grace.
