Pam has 14 years of experience in the human resources field, joining Frandsen in 1996. In her position, she assists leaders, department heads, and human resources staff throughout the Frandsen organization in the design and implementation of methods to assess and improve the organization’s effectiveness. In addition, she recruits to fill key positions within Frandsen and its companies, and ensures compliance with all federal, state and local regulatory agencies. Pam previously was the Human Resources Manager at Plastech Corporation, a Frandsen-owned company, and HR Supervisor for Polaris Industries. She earned an M.B.A. from University of St. Thomas, and a B.A. from South Dakota State University. |
