Pam Dulaney, RN, MA, COHN-S, CMC Pam Dulaney, RN, MA, COHN-S, CMC, is Senior Vice President, Operations for CHDM and oversees all daily operations for the company’s workplace-based health centers. She is responsible for leading and supporting management teams, medical professionals, and ancillary staff in their daily activities. She began her career with the organization in 1990 as a Wellness Coordinator. Since that time, she has served as Vice President of Operations for various divisions of the company. Ms. Dulaney has been instrumental in the development of standardized procedures for health center implementation, clinical protocols utilizing best practice standards, Continuous Clinical Quality Improvement Programs, and leadership development for our managers and the medical staff who support all of our health centers throughout the country. One of her key responsibilities is to monitor the Client Satisfaction Survey Program and the Patient Satisfaction Survey Program. CHD Meridian uses the analysis of these survey results to continue to upgrade our programs and services. |
