Pam Drew is now responsible for worldwide human resources at SumTotal Systems after having successfully completed a consulting engagement with Docent and Click2learn to provide integration guidance during the merger which formed the company. Previously Ms Drew was the VP Human Resources and Workplace Environment at Cylink Corporation a publicly traded enterprise security company which was acquired by SafeNet Inc. in 2003.
Prior to this role Ms Drew directed the global human resources function for Honeywell-Measurex Corporation a provider of advanced process control solutions with over 3 000 employees worldwide.
She was promoted to this role after serving in a variety of human resources leadership positions for Measurex Corporation before that publicly traded company was acquired by Honeywell in 1997. Ms Drew's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business and an MBA.
