Pam Charbonneau's job is to "make sure." She spends every day making sure clients get invoiced, and then she makes sure to pay all of Systemation's invoices, as well. She also inadvertently "makes sure" everyone smiles at least once a day because of her thoughtfulness and genuine spirit. She's known as the "conscience" of Systemation, and her favorite thing about her job is that the corporate culture at Systemation allows for good work and good fun at the same time. One of the responsibilities she enjoys most is organizing corporate activities such as the annual Systemation Frenzy for our facilitators, the yearly Systemation camping trip and our Systemation Saucers softball team. |
