Ms. Antil has more than 15 years experience in local government management, consulting and executive search. Prior to her work with Bennett Yarger Associates, Ms. Antil was a Manager with one of the largest public accounting and management-consulting firms in the U.S., as well as a Vice President for a west coast executive search firm. Before her consulting work, Ms. Antil worked in state government in Michigan and local government in California, where she served as a Personnel Officer, Budget Director, and Assistant City Manager. In addition to her experience in recruiting, Ms. Antil has managed a number public and private sector engagements in the areas of human resources, strategic planning, operations review, due diligence, and integration. Ms. Antil holds a Bachelors of Science degree from Central Michigan University and a Master of Public Administration degree from California State University, where she graduated with distinction. Ms. Antil is also an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (Ann Arbor and Detroit chapters), the International City/County Management Association, and the National Association of Women Business Owners.
