Palmer Pillans concentrates his area of practice on real estate, estate planning, probate and taxation, and corporate law. He has provided counsel to both landlords and tenants in leasing negotiations. He represents various parties in numerous real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, leases, ground leases and financings. He also represents financial institutions and borrowers in loan transactions involving all types of collateral and projects. Mr. Pillans has handled estate planning and administration for both large and small estates involving sophisticated and simple estate plans. He also represents businesses in various tax and business planning issues, including acquisitions, formation, and choice of entity.
