Paige L. Albano is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department. Preceding her joining the firm, Ms. Albano served as a law clerk to the Honorable Harvey Weissbard, New Jersey Appellate Division. She also served as a law clerk with two other New Jersey law firms where she focused on criminal defense matters, employment, real estate, contract and tort law. Prior to practicing law, she was the co-owner of a private marketing and consulting company. Ms. Albano received her B.A. from Rutgers University (1992) with high honors. During her undergraduate career, she was inducted into the Golden Key National Honor Society and the Alpha Sigma Lambda Honor Society. Ms. Albano earned her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law Newark, New Jersey (2006), where she served as Editor-In-Chief of the Rutgers Business Law Journal, a Research Associate for Legal Research & Writing, and a Teaching Associate for Legal Research & Writing. Ms. Albano was a student in the Rutgers Child Advocacy Clinic. She acted as Law Guardian in the Child Advocacy Clinic and appeared in court to advocate on behalf of her clients - children in the DYFS system. She was also a member of the Health Law Society, as well as a student member of the New Jersey State Bar Association. Ms. Albano is also the co-author of the article, "Is the Kelo Decision Really Good News for New Jersey Municipalities?" (Dimensions, September 2, 2005). She is admitted to practice in New Jersey. |
