P.J. Shurick has been working with high technology companies in the area of Human Resources for over twenty years. In addition to broad Human Resource experience, she has earned specialization in employee relations, training and development. Prior to rejoining Photronics in her current position, Ms. Shurick held positions with similar responsibilities at Wentworth Laboratories and National Semiconductor.
She previously served Photronics as Corporate Human Resources Manager, establishing a Company-wide training and development function, and supervising site HR personnel responsible for all site-related generalist areas.
Ms. Shurick earned a BA in English from the University of Missouri and is a Certified trainer. She is a member of the American Society for Training and Development and the Society of Human Resource Management. |
