P.S. Muralidharan is responsible for SGT Contact Centers, IVR & Voice XML Application Development. He brings to SGT more than 25 years experience in software development and consultancy, in addition to broad and deep knowledge of Oil & Gas and several other vertical industries. Prior to joining SGT in 2002, Muralidharan was a senior executive handling a variety of technical, business development and managerial functions at India Software Group, Vision Software, and other companies. Muralidharan began his career as a System Software programmer writing compilers for IBM 360 / 370 Mainframes. Later, he joined Hewlett Packard as a System Engineer supporting HP 3000 series in the Middle East. Muralidharan has a bachelor’s degree in Applied Sciences from College Of Engineering, Anna University and is a post graduate in Applied Sciences with a specialization in Operations Research from Madras Institute Of Technology, Anna University. |
