Hariharan is responsible for the technology leadership and overall delivery management at the Offshore Centers of Excellence in India. After securing the second rank in his Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Bangalore University, Hariharan received his Masters degree in Computer Science from I.I.Sc, Bangalore in 1982. Hari also received the gold-medal in PGSEM-MBA from IIM, Bangalore in 2002. Hari has over 24 years of rich experience including 18 years in management and leadership roles, spanning diverse technologies and domains. He leverages his deep experience in Offshore Development, Product development, Delivery Management, Business Development, Solutions Architecture, EAI, Systems Programming, In house IT and Quality Management, to deliver optimum technology solutions. Before joining RealSoft, Hari was CTO at Quantum-BSO, ODC Head at NextLinx India, GBSD Manager at Verifone/ Hewlett Packard and Head of IT at Dubai Drydocks. Hari has delivered large scale products and solutions for various domains including ERP, Transportation, Regulatory Compliance, Payment Processing, Smart Cards and Ship Repair. |
