PJ Stone is responsible for planning, directing and managing Rainmaker's worldwide network of call centers. His career includes nearly 20 years' service as a Senior Vice President at several Fortune 500 companies, during which PJ was the chief architect in the building of major call center operations across the globe. From spearheading domestic and international initiatives, to helping drive new acquisitions and expansions through the integration of diverse resources, PJ's experience spans industries including financial services, health care, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals and asset recovery. Before Rainmaker, PJ served as Global Vice President of Call-Center Operations for General Electric, where his many responsibilities included planning, directing and managing six multi-state, multi-site, customer service call centers. Prior to GE, PJ held senior executive positions as Vice President of Call-Center Operations at IBM, and Vice President of Contact-Center Operations at Sun-Script Pharmaceutical Corporation. An early advocate of applying best practice, customer-focused, sales and service paradigms to call-center management, PJ's operations have been noteworthy for their quality of service and profitability, which includes shepherding companies to ISO 9000 certification. Today, his leadership drives the ongoing advancement of Rainmaker's call center services and ensures its network of domestic and offshore centers align within a common culture dedicated to excellence. |
