Oyvind Hushovd a corporate director is the former Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Gabriel Resources Ltd. (a precious metals exploration and development company) retiring in 2005. Prior to that he was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Falconbridge Limited (a nickel and copper mining company) from 1996 to 2002. He currently serves on the boards of the following publicly traded companies: Gabriel Resources Ltd. (retiring in May 2006) Western Oil Sands Inc. (an oil sands company) Inmet Mining Corporation (a precious and base metals producing company) and Lionore Mining International Limited (an international mining company). Mr. Hushovd received a Master of Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Business and a Master of Law from the University of Oslo. |
