Owen Pinnell is an executive with twenty years of experience as founder, president, CEO and director of various public and private companies in Canada and the US. Owen is a mechanical engineer by profession, receiving his engineering education at the Auckland Technical Institute (now the Auckland University of Technology) in New Zealand and through the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta (APEGGA). He is a professional engineer in Canada. Mr. Pinnell is the founder and managing partner of i 3 Capital Partners Inc, a private venture capital company focusing on reorganizing and refinancing public and private energy, energy services and technology companies in western Canada and California. Prior to working with i 3 Capital, Mr. Pinnell was the founder and CEO of TSX listed Anadime Corporation (1992 - 1998) and President, founder and CEO of TSX listed Newalta Corporation (1982-1992). Presently he is executive chairman of Anterra Corporation, chairman of Magnus Energy Inc, and a director of Ausam Energy Corporation, Deep Resources Ltd, Regal Energy Corporation Ltd, Production Enhancement Group Inc (Louisiana), Anterra Energy Services Inc (California) and Zeacom Inc (California). |
