Mr Lewis began his legal career as a Judge Advocate in the US Army before entering private practice in corporate law. From 2000 to 2006 he was Corporate Counsel with a series of the world's leading CRO's as they were involved in mergers and acquisitions.
He left Charles River Laboratories following a transaction with a multi-national CRO in 2006 to join Chiltern in his present role. His responsibilities include the management of legal risk, contractual and compliance issues and corporate structuring.
Mr Lewis holds a BA, cum laude and a Juris Doctorate from Wake Forest University and is a member of the North Carolina State Bar. |
