Owen is an associate at Krugliak, Wilkins, Griffiths & Dougherty Co., L.P.A. His practice focuses in the areas of Civil Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Business and Contract Disputes, Contruction Law and Appellate Advocacy. Owen has argued before the Fifth and Ninth District Courts of Appeals.
The East Canton High School graduate received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Hiram College and his Juris Doctorate, summa cum laude, from the University of Akron School of Law where he was a member of the law review. In addition, he authored Kirsch v. Wisconsin Dept. of Corrections: Will the Supreme Court Say ‘Hands Off’ Again? (35 Akron L.Rev. 305).
