Orscelik is an international management and business development consultant who joined Rotary in 1973. He has been a district governor, training leader, task force zone coordinator, and president’s representative. He also has served as a Council on Legislation representative and a moderator and speaker at zone institutes and convention workshops. Örsçelik led disaster relief services in Turkey after the 1999 earthquake there and has helped bring Rotary services to Bosnia-Herzegovina. A member at large of the PolioPlus Partners Task Force, Örsçelik has been recognized with the 2001-02 Distinguished Past District Governor Presidential Citation, the RI Service Above Self Award, and The Rotary Foundation’s Citation for Meritorious Service. |
