Orli Garti-Seroussi joined our board of directors in February 2008. Ms. Garti-Seroussi has been involved in implementing public policy for the past 20 years. She is currently the Director of the Bureau of Municipal Corporations at the Municipality of Tel-Aviv Jaffa. Between 1999 and 2001 Ms. Garti-Seroussi was the Director of the Consulting Department at the Shif-Hazenfrats & Associations CPA firm. Prior to this she served as the Deputy Director Market Regulation Division and as the C.P.A Corporate Division at Israel Securities Authority (ISA) and as the Auditor at the Supervision and Inspection Division of the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange. Ms. Garti-Seroussi holds a Master in Public Administration from Harvard University a Master in Business Administration from Tel-Aviv University Recanati School of Business a Diploma in Law Enforcement for Senior Executive in the Public Sector and a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from Tel-Aviv University.
