With more than 20 years of financial services industry experience, Mr. Roche oversees Lydian's private banking and wealth management services in Miami-Dade County and surrounding South Florida communities. He is also responsible for expanding the regional office footprint within the Miami-Dade region.
Prior to joining Lydian, Mr. Roche was the Senior Banking Officer for Miami-Dade County for Northern Trust. His responsibilities included management of five offices with a total of $1.2 billion in bank assets and $1.8 billion in deposits.
A Miami resident, Mr. Roche has worked in the Miami-Dade County area since 1988 and graduated from Florida International University. An active member of the community, Mr. Roche has served on the University of Miami Citizen Board, Maximum Dance Ballet Company Board, Treasurer of the Doral Airport West Chamber of Commerce and a Trustee with the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce and Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce.
