Omer joined WorkforceLogic in August 2007. As the Executive Vice President of Global Services, Omer leads WorkforceLogic's service delivery capability domestically and globally encompassing implementation, onsite client services and account management, and compliance and advisory services. Prior to joining WorkforceLogic, Omer spent over 15 years in the human capital industry, including most recently as the President and Chief Operations Officer at The Great Place to Work Institute, Inc., a global research, software and HR consulting firm with 30 country locations best known for producing Fortune's 100 Best Companies to Work for list. He also served as Vice President, Organizational Effectiveness and HR Strategy and a member of the America's Leadership team at The Empower Group Manpower s professional services subsidiary; Director of Client Services, Strategic Alliances and Market Development at Digital Think, an e-learning SaaS company; and was a Manager at Deloitte Consulting. Omer brings a combination of perational management, process improvement, international expansion, service delivery and human capital consulting experience to the Nelson Family of Companies.Omer has an MBA in Corporate Strategy and Organization Development from University of Michigan and a BA in Economics from Brown University. |
