Olivia Seet is a financial services specialist in the In-house Practice Group based in Major, Lindsey & Africa's Hong Kong office.
Prior to joining MLA, Olivia was a consultant at a well-known legal recruitment firm in Hong Kong acting on behalf of top tier investment banks and multinational companies across Asia. She recruited at all levels from legal counsel to head of legal, managing the process from pitch to placement.
Originally from Australia, Olivia's career experience includes recruitment consultant for a leading national recruitment company in Sydney where she placed candidates in some of Australia's largest corporations. Olivia also has experience in business development, operations management, and private business setups. These experiences give her a unique edge in identifying a ''good fit'' across a range of industries. Olivia knows the recruitment process from both the candidate's and client's perspective. She is acutely aware of the client's need to find the right employee and the candidate's need to find the right position.
An avid sportsperson, Olivia is a member of a competitive level netball team and participates in tournaments across the region. Olivia enjoys traveling and is conversant in Cantonese. |
