Oliver Sandlin has over 10 years' experience in dealing with accounting, legal and financial issues of middle-market companies. His business experience includes work with Arthur Andersen & Co. in Houston, where he focused on audit and management consulting work for large privately-held and public companies. Prior to the founding of ACA, Oliver practiced corporate, tax and securities law with Clark, Thomas & Winters, a large Austin-based law firm. He received B.B.A degrees in Accounting and Finance from Texas A&M University in 1990, and a J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 1995. Oliver is a Certified Public Accountant (Texas), and practices law with Sandlin & Associates, PC in Austin. He is a past president of the Capital City A & M Club, Inc. |
