Ms. Novikova joined Golden Telecom in 2005 as Vice-President of the Human Resources Division from PricewaterhouseCoopers Russia where she was Head of Human Capital and Executive Resourcing Senior Manager. Prior to that Ms. Novikova worked for Ernst & Young Russia where she was Executive Search and Selection Manager. Ms. Novikova holds a Post Graduate degree in Human Resources Management (HRM) from Thames Valley University and is Licentiate with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), UK. Ms Novikova also holds a MA degree in Linguistics from Moscow State Linguistic University. In 2006 Ms. Novikova further took on the responsibility for the Administrative Division of Golden Telecom. |
