Olga E. Striltschuk has over 20 years of experience creating and implementing performance excellence systems that improve customer loyalty and business performance. Prior to her current role, Ms. Striltschuk was Vice President of Quality and Technical Solutions for Avaya, Inc. from 2004 to 2005. From 2003 to 2004, Ms. Striltschuk served as President and CEO of Transcenda, Inc, an executive consulting firm. She served in various quality roles with Motorola, Inc. from 1985 to 2003. Ms. Striltschuk was an officer of Motorola, Inc. and served as Corporate Vice President and Director of Technical Marketing for the company's Personal Communications Sector. Ms. Striltschuk is a recipient of the Korean Management Association's Award for Performance Excellence leadership, the QuEST Forum Recognition for Leadership and the CIO Magazine Award for Innovative Customer Satisfaction Information Systems. Ms. Striltschuk has a Bachelor of Arts degree from DePaul University, and has completed post-graduate programs at the University of California at Berkeley, Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, and the European Center for Management in Brussels, Belgium. |
