Mr. Nwogu is an Associate in Ocean Tomo’s D.C. Metro Office. Mr. Nwogu provides services including calculations of lost profits, disgorgement of profits, loss or diminution of asset value and other financial analyses related to liability and damages.
Mr. Nwogu possesses a wealth of technical skills, including statistical analysis and computer programming. He has significant experience working with large datasets and is extremely proficient in SAS. Prior to joining Ocean Tomo, Mr. Nwogu worked as a senior analyst at The CapAnalysis Group, LLC., an economic and financial consulting firm, where he provided economic and general litigation support services for economists, financial experts, and lawyers on antitrust, intellectual property, regulatory and business litigation matters. These services included intellectual property valuation, analysis of mergers and acquisitions, discounting and present value calculations and analysis, database management, developing econometric models, and research services.
His computer programming background includes BASIC, PASCAL, and C++. His statistical background includes SAS, Minitab, and EViews which has been used to perform model simulations, econometric and statistical analysis, forecasting, and producing high quality graphs and tables for inclusion in expert reports.
He has worked on litigation, regulation, and strategy consulting engagements in the Tobacco, Automotive, Industrial Goods, Molecular Diagnostic, Microprocessors, Transportation, and Oil & Gas industries.
Mr. Nwogu holds B.A. in Economics and Chemistry from the University of Virginia. He is currently pursuing SAS Certification of Advanced Programmer Credential for SAS 9 |
