John C. Kubisch is senior vice president of Human Resources and General Services.
John has more than 25 years of global human resources general management and operational experience. John leads Equant's more than 200 Human Resources and General Services employees located around the world.
Specifically John leads Equant's commitment to enhancing the recruitment incentives development programs and employee service delivery required to attract and retain high-quality staff needed to achieve the company's business objectives. He is responsible fo developin Equant's human resources strateggy and policy as it relates to people processes and organizational management.
John also directs Equant's Internal Communications property management work environment and telecoms operations. In additional John leads the same activities for the Enterprise Communication Services division of France Telecom.
Based in Paris John reports to Barbara Dalibard president and CEO and is a member of the Executive Committee responsible for setting the overall strategy for the company.
John possesses significant global human resource and line management experience. Prior to joining Equant John served as worldwide head of Human Resources for Wyeth Pharmaceuticals. Previously he was general manager of the U.S. pharmaceutical systems business of Becton Dickinson a medical technology company.
John is a graduate of Tufts University in Boston Massachusetts.
