Between January 1999 and July 2002, Mr. Finkelstein served as Chairman, President, and CEO of the Interroute Telecom Group, a rapidly growing pan-European telecommunications company building one of the largest fiber optic networks in Europe. Prior to joining Interoute, Mr. Finkelstein served as Senior Vice President of International Sales and Vice President of Global Operations for VocalTec Communications Ltd. He has also served as a senior advisor for I.D.E.A., a world leader in financial and economic analysis. Mr. Finkelstein was Director of Computers and Peripherals at Eurocom Communications Ltd., and head of International Activities at Packard Bell Electronics. Mr. Finkelstein holds bachelor degrees in Political Science and International Marketing from the University of California in Los Angeles (UCLA). |
