P.Ogden Loux was elected Senior Vice President, Finance, and Chief Financial Officer in December 1996. Mr. Loux's responsibilities include financial planning and analysis, financial process planning and control, financial reporting, financial services, internal audit and treasury operations.
In 1994, Mr. Loux was named Vice President, Finance. Since 1987, when he joined Grainger, Mr. Loux has served in increasingly responsible roles including Vice President and Controller and Vice President, Business Support. Prior to joining Grainger, Mr. Loux had financial management responsibilities for three businesses within General Electric Company: a motor production operation, a specialty motor business and a metallurgical business.
He also held a number of positions at General Electric's headquarters and its power generation business, as well as in its corporate finance and administration staffs. In addition, he served as a member of General Electric's audit staff and completed a financial management program.
Mr. Loux graduated from Drexel University, Philadelphia, Pa. Mr. Loux formerly served on the board of directors of Condell Medical Center in Libertyville, Ill. |
