Normand Durocher was appointed Vice-President of Human Resources in April 2004. In addition to managing the company’s human resources team his main responsibility is to develop and implement a human resources plan that supports EXFO’s business strategy.
Mr. Durocher began his career in labor relations in the Cable division of Nortel and then took on several key roles at Nortel Networks and Nordx/CDT all relating to human resources and operations.
Since then Normand Durocher has accumulated more than 25 years’ experience in operations and human resources management within the telecommunications industry. Prior to joining EXFO Mr. Durocher ran his own human resources consulting business.
Normand Durocher holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Montreal and also completed the Advanced Human Resources program at Dalhousie University in Halifax NS Canada. |
