Norman specializes in fee based consulting, sales, and leasing of office and industrial properties, and has extensive experience with medical office buildings and medically related properties. He has 20 years experience in the commercial real estate field as a broker, appraiser, consultant, property manager, and developer. He is a graduate of James Madison University with a BBA in Marketing, and has completed extensive post graduate coursework relating to real estate appraisal and brokerage. He is an actively designated member of The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), The Counselors of Real Estate (CRE), is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS), and The Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute (CCIM). In addition, he holds membership in the Urban Land Institute, the International Council of Shopping Centers, and is an affiliate member of the Appraisal Institute. He is a licensed real estate broker in Virginia, and also holds certified general real estate appraisal licenses in both Virginia and North Carolina. Prior to its merger with Hall Associates, Norman was President of Milton Realty Service Company which he originally joined in 1989. |
