Norman Klinman, M.D., Ph.D. Dr. Klinman is Professor of Immunology at The Scripps Research Institute and an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Biology of the University of California, San Diego. Previously, he served as Professor of Pathology and Microbiology in the School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Klinman is widely known for his work on immunoregulation, humoral immunity, and B-cell maturation and repertoire expression. He serves obn several scientific advisory and editorial boards and has written or co-authored over 120 scientific papers. Dr. Klinman is the recipient of the Parke-Davis Award for Experimental Pathology and the AAI Award for Excellence in Mentoring. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania and his M.D. degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia. |
