Norman Hassell, Director and Partner of Multi-Family Management and Acquisitions, has over twenty years of multi-family real estate experience. Norman began as a groundsman at a multi-million dollar asset in Virginia Beach, Virginia and worked his way up to Maintenance Supervisor. Norman then crossed trained from Maintenance to Management and became the manager of a multi-family property in Chesapeake, Virginia. In 1997, Norman joined Continental Realty Services as a manager of one multi-family property. Two years following, he became a Partner with Donald E. Perry in the acquisition and management of multi-family communities. Since that time, Norman has participated in and overseen the daily operations of five additional apartment communities. Norman is a member and past president of the Registered Apartment Managers Association of Tidewater, an organization formed under Tidewater Builders Association and the Tidewater Multi-Family Housing Council. In addition, Norman is very active in the development of young men through coaching football and basketball at Kellam High School. |
