Real Estate Experience Mr. Moon specializes in office and industrial properties with a major emphasis on medical office and medically related properties. He has over 18 years experience in the commercial real estate field as a broker, appraiser, consultant, and developer. He is a graduate of James Madison University with a BBA in Marketing, and has completed extensive post graduate coursework relating to real estate appraisal and brokerage. He is an actively designated member of The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), The Counselors of Real Estate (CRE), and The Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute (CCIM). In addition, he holds membership in the Urban Land Institute, the International Council of Shopping Centers, CoreNet Global, and is an affiliate member of the Appraisal Institute. He is a licensed real estate broker in Virginia, and also holds certified general real estate appraisal licenses in both Virginia and North Carolina.
