Noreen H. Cull is Counsel in the HR Law Practice Group. Noreen's practice focuses on employment litigation and counseling.
Noreen has significant experience in counseling clients on a broad range of employment matters, including those involving federal and state discrimination laws, FMLA requirements, workplace harassment, wage and hour compliance, employee handbooks and personnel practices, restrictive covenants and separation agreements. Noreen also regularly assists clients in responding to discrimination charges brought before administrative agencies and defending against employment-related lawsuits filed in federal and state court.
In General. Noreen graduated cum laude from Chicago-Kent College of Law, where she served on Law Review and as a legal writing teaching assistant. Following law school graduation, she clerked for United States District Court Judge George M. Marovich in the Northern District of Illinois. Noreen earned her bachelor's degree, magna cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago.
Noreen has lectured on various employment topics, including workplace harassment, FMLA compliance and discipline and discharge strategies.
