Norbert M. Buelsing is executive vice president of A & B Properties, Inc., the property management and development subsidiary of A&B.
Buelsing joined the company in 1990 as vice president, property management, of A & B Properties, Inc. In August 1994, he was named a vice president of A&B-Hawaii, Inc., which then was A&B's property management and development, and food products subsidiary. He was named executive vice president of A & B Properties in September 1997 and senior vice president of ABHI in February 1999.
Prior to joining A&B, Buelsing was responsible for the administration and operation of all commercial and residential management functions at Chaney, Brooks. Prior to his nine years at Chaney, he was with Walnut Management Co. in Cincinnati, Ohio, where he was responsible for the management and operation of two shopping centers and five apartment complexes.
He is a licensed real estate broker, a Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) and a Certified Property Manager (CPM). He is a member of the board of directors of Star of the Sea School. Buelsing earned a B.A. degree from the University of Cincinnati. |
