Mr. Previte manages EBI Consulting’s real estate due diligence services. Mr. Previte has more than fifteen years of experience in environmental and property condition due diligence for investment bankers, mortgage bankers and real estate investors. He has successfully completed due diligence support for hundreds of property transactions worldwide, and specializes in large or difficult portfolio securitizations where solid security ratings and investor response are a significant issue. Mr. Previte earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from Boston College and a master’s degree in business administration from the Boston College Carroll School of Management. He has received certificates in the Fundamentals of Real Estate Finance and Advanced Topics on Real Estate Investments Trusts (REITs) and Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Center for Real Estate. Mr. Previte is also a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association. |
