Mrs. Amaro has been a member of TAM’s board of directors since August 2001 and is the widow of its former chairman the late Mr. Rolim Adolfo Amaro. Mrs. Amaro was previously a teacher. She is currently a director of its controlling entity TEP. Mrs. Amaro is also the chairman of the board of directors of Aerosystem and TAM Marília and was appointed to its board of directors by TEP pursuant to the shareholders' agreement.
