Mr. Posternak has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of PTC since June 2000. He serves as Chairman of the Board’s Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, and he is also a member of the Audit Committee. He has been a Senior Partner in the law firm of Posternak, Blankstein & Lund, L.L.P. since 1980, practicing in the area of business law and mergers and acquisitions.
