Nitsa Potter oversees CST's client project management planning and implementation standards and delivery. Ms. Potter also provides consulting expertise services for clients in support of technology integrations, disaster recovery planning, strategic restructuring and reengineering, operational support models and methodologies. Ms. Potter has over 20 years of experience that included line management and consulting positions in application development, infrastructure services support and project management. Prior to joining CS Technology last year, Ms. Potter was an Executive Director at CIBC World Markets, Corp., where her accomplishments included managing all infrastructure business liaison process activities for the firm's recovery from the events of 9/11, leading CIBC's global Decimalization Project and managing all Y2K street-wide testing for trading activities. Ms. Potter graduated with a B.A. degree in Economics from Smith College. |
