Patricia M. Wiggenhorn brings extensive communications and coaching skills to The Leader's Edge. Pat is an accomplished corporate communications executive with broad experience building integrated communications programs, speechwriting, executive coaching, and improving the business literacy of global corporate audiences. Pat is a Leader’s Edge coach who also designed and specializes in a unique one-on-one presentation skills training module. Prior to joining The Leader’s Edge, Pat was vice president and director of communications and public affairs at telecommunications giant, Motorola. While there, she worked closely with the chief executive officer, the chief operating officer and the senior team to implement strategic communication plans that aligned communications activities with corporate objectives. In that position, she counseled senior executives on strategic and tactical communications issues and implemented a multi-tiered approach to informing, aligning, and reinforcing messages to employees throughout the world. Pat brings a breadth of expertise to The Leader’s Edge, due to her distinguished career as a communication consultant to several publishing and Fortune 500 clients, implementing various integrated communications initiatives and improving the frequency and quality of leadership communication.
