As Vice President of Global Human Resources, Niki Cook is responsible for all aspects of the Company’s global recruiting, compensation, benefits, employee relations, organizational development and performance management. In her position, Cook will draw on her extensive experience in leveraging HR systems and processes, building executive coaching and leadership development programs, and developing and implementing corporate-wide, high potential HR initiatives. Cook joined Worldspan in January of 2003 as Organizational Development manager. Prior to Worldspan, Cook served as vice president Global Human Resources for Omnexus, director Executive Assessment, Development, and Succession Planning for Georgia-Pacific Corporation, and assistant director System Center for Auditor Development for the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. Cook is based at Worldspan’s headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia and reports to General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Senior Vice President-Human Resources Jeff Smith. Cook holds a BBA from Georgia State University and a Masters in Education from the University of Georgia. |
